Terms and Conditions

1.    Definitions 

1.1 “The Client”, includes but is not limited to the hirer, his/her/their relevant associated parties and event attendees.

1.2 “Unison Entertainment Limited” means, a Scottish registered company with company number SC667260 and any of its associated trading names.

2.    Payment and Fees

2.1 In order to secure a booking, Unison Entertainment Limited charges a deposit fee. This fee is non-refundable.

2.2 If The Client cancels the booking within 7 days of the agreed start date of the event the hirer will, at the discretion of Unison Entertainment Limited, be liable for up to 75% of the full contract price.

3.    Performance Obligations

3.1 Unison Entertainment Limited uses a pool of subcontracted performers who are subject to their own auditions and interviews. Unison Entertainment Limited cannot guarantee that a particular artist will appear unless this is specifically stipulated out-with these terms.

3.2 “Disorderly Conduct” includes but is not limited to any behaviour or action on behalf of The Client which is obstructive to Unison Entertainment Limited or any subcontractor performing on behalf of Unison Entertainment Limited in carrying out the terms of the contract or performance. 

3.2.1     In the event of Disorderly Conduct on behalf of The Client, as defined above and to be determined by Unison Entertainment Limited, The Client agrees:

3.2.2     That Unison Entertainment Limited will not be held liable for any injury or damage that occurs during the performance arising out of Disorderly Conduct on the part of The Client; 

3.2.3     To finance the repair or replacement of any damage to equipment sustained as a result of Disorderly Conduct; and

3.2.4     To pay the full contract price where Unison Entertainment Limited determine that the performance obligations cannot be met on account of Disorderly Conduct.

4.    Force Majeure 

4.1 In the event of the performance cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, then neither party will have responsibility to the other for any loss suffered thereby. For the avoidance of doubt, no fee will be payable by either party in respect of performances cancelled by force majeure.
